DEPOSIT TODAY
Choose your dates and pay a 20% booking deposit. Your booking is confirmed and your dates are reserved exclusively for you once we receive your booking deposit or full payment. If you choose a payment plan, the remaining balance is payable according to your agreed schedule.
PAY MONTHLY
Split the remaining balance into equal monthly payments — anywhere from 3 up to 12 months, depending on how far ahead you book. The price never changes and no interest is added.
ARRIVE PAID
Your villa booking balance is paid in full at least 90 days before arrival. Any additional purchases outside your chosen package are payable separately. Both the All-Inclusive and Residence packages qualify.

Because the deposit and monthly payments are made ahead of your stay, we suggest protecting them the way you would any holiday investment — with travel insurance that includes a “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) option. CFAR cover lets you recover a portion of what you’ve paid if your plans change for reasons a standard policy wouldn’t cover. Providers such as battleface.com offer this type of cover. Can I pay in monthly installments?
Yes. You pay a 20% booking deposit, which confirms your booking and reserves your dates, then spread the remaining balance over 3 to 12 equal monthly payments, all completed before arrival. No interest is added.
Is the payment plan really interest free?
Yes. The total price is the same whether you pay in full today or spread it over up to 12 months. Nothing extra is added for paying monthly.
How many months can I spread it over?
From 3 up to 12 monthly payments. How many months are available depends on how far in advance you book, since all payments finish before your stay begins.
Does it apply to both packages?
Yes. The interest-free monthly plan is available on both the All-Inclusive package and the Residence package.
Is it available through Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.com?
No. The plan is available only on direct bookings made through this website or our reservations team. Online travel agencies such as Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com require payment under their own terms and do not offer this plan. Booking direct is the only way to pay monthly, interest free.
