Both rates include the villa, the full-time private chef’s service, the dedicated team of six, the villa-owned self-drive SUV and adventure fleet (two Sea-Doo FishPro Trophy jet skis, a Hobie Cat catamaran, kayaks and paddleboards), Vespas and mountain bikes, 475 Mbps Wi-Fi, all estate facilities, and complimentary VIP arrival and departure airport transfers. The All-Inclusive rate additionally includes all food, unlimited soft drinks, juices, teas and coffees, a complimentary chauffeured VIP van shuttle service for restaurant trips, outings and island transport, fuel for the villa vehicles and watercraft, VIP fast-track through Samui airport on arrival and lounge access on departure, a one-hour spa massage for every adult and a private beachfront fire-show evening. Is a self-drive car included?
Yes. Every stay includes complimentary use of Mandarin Beach Villa’s villa-owned, fully insured self-drive SUV throughout the stay — the family’s own car to drive for trips and outings across Koh Samui, not a hire car — subject to valid driving-licence, local-law and safety requirements. Villa-owned Italian Vespas with helmets are included at no extra charge for appropriately licensed guests, subject to local-law, safety and road requirements, and mountain bikes are included too. Every vehicle is owned by the villa and fully insured for guest use — not rented from a third party.
Is the chauffeured VIP van and driver included?
Complimentary arrival and departure airport transfers in Mandarin’s villa-owned VIP van are included with every stay, regardless of booking channel. The chauffeur is a permanent member of the Mandarin villa team — not an externally hired driver. Guests who book the All-Inclusive rate directly through the official Mandarin Beach Villa website also receive complimentary use of the VIP van and chauffeur for restaurant trips, outings and island travel throughout their stay, subject to driver scheduling and availability. For all other reservations, including bookings made through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or another online travel agency, the van and chauffeur remain available beyond the complimentary airport transfers, but additional journeys are charged separately per trip.
How do you prepare for our arrival and coordinate our stay?
Before you arrive you're given secure access to our own villa-management system, where you set your family's details in one place: dietary needs and allergies, dining and menu preferences, room configuration, and nursery and child-safety setup. Your private chef, concierge and on-site team all work from that same live information. We track your inbound flight on the live Samui airport arrivals board so your VIP transfer is timed precisely, and the estate is prepared against a tracked readiness checklist before you land.
Does the villa include water sports and jet skis?
Yes — two 2024 Sea-Doo jet skis, a Hobie Cat catamaran, kayaks and paddleboards are all included and owned by the villa, not rented through a third party.
Do I book direct or through an agency?
You book direct with the owners — no agency and no commission, which means a lower total than booking the same villa through an OTA or villa agency. No security deposit is required.
How many bedrooms does the villa have, and how many guests does it sleep?
Mandarin Beach Villa has six equal en-suite bedroom suites and sleeps up to 16 guests in total — up to 12 adults, with children and infants counting towards the 16 — ideal for multi-generational families. Six professional roll-out beds are available for young children and can be added to Bedrooms 1, 2 and 5, allowing children to sleep in their parents’ room.
