Mandarin Beach Villa VIP members pay 7.5% less for The Residence and hear about open dates first. Verified members receive 7.5% off the Residence accommodation total when booking direct, applied on the villa’s server before payment. When a week opens on the calendar — a new season released, dates returning families have not yet re-booked, a rare cancellation — members are told by email or WhatsApp before the dates are published, and member-only offers go to members alone. Membership is free and carries no obligation to book.
What members receive
- 7.5% off The Residence. Verified members receive 7.5% off the Residence accommodation total when booking direct, applied on the villa’s server before payment once you verify on the booking page with your membership number, your member email and a one-time emailed code. It does not apply to All-Inclusive, its supplement or extras, and the verified member must be the booking’s lead guest. Your membership number is issued the moment you join.
- Priority calendar dates. Christmas and New Year, Easter, the summer weeks and every other opening on the Mandarin Beach Villa calendar reach members first, before they appear on the booking page.
- Member-only offers. Offers made by the owners go to members alone, by email or WhatsApp, and never to the public site.
- A direct line to the owners. Members speak with the people who own and run the estate, not a booking agency.

Members who joined before membership numbers were issued, or who cannot find theirs, can have the number sent to the email address they joined with. It is never shown to anyone else.
Your details
Your name and email address — and your WhatsApp number, country or address if you choose to give them — are held by Mandarin Beach Villa FZ Ltd for two purposes: to contact you about calendar dates and member offers, and to issue and verify your membership number when you book.
