What a boat changes about a family holiday
Lipa Noi’s calm, sunset-facing water is the reason the villa’s watersports fleet lives here — and a boat completes it. Mornings become family fishing trips, guided by the fish finder and six rods rigged from the villa’s own tackle boxes. Afternoons become swimming stops in open water. Because the boat is villa-owned, it works the way the whole estate works: no rental counters, no third-party operators, no queueing for a charter. The boat is launched from the beach directly in front of the villa and arranged with the villa team around the family’s day. The Hobie Cat, kayaks and paddleboards also launch from the villa beach; the two Sea-Doo jet skis are instead kept, serviced and launched through nearby Lipa Noi Marina.
