The villa-owned inventory includes six cots, six cribs, six toddler beds, six high chairs, six playpens, six ISOFIX child seats, baby baths, baby monitors, four prams and strollers, two six-bottle sterilisers, child gates, toddler dining equipment, children’s life jackets, beach toys and swimming equipment.
These items are included for guest use without an equipment-hire charge and do not need to be sourced from an outside supplier.
Before arrival, each family confirms which items it needs and where they should be placed. The Mandarin team cleans, safety-checks and installs the selected equipment in the appropriate suites and vehicles.

The included private chef is briefed separately on children’s allergies, favourite foods and preferred meal times. The boat, Hobie Cat, kayaks, paddleboards and bodyboards operate from the villa beachfront. Mandarin’s two Sea-Doos are owned by the villa and kept, serviced and launched through nearby Lipa Noi Marina, seconds from the estate.
