What should we tell the team about the occasion?
Share the travel dates, the evenings important to the family and any meal or practical requirements. The way a family observes the holiday is personal, so the plan should follow what you request. Do not assume religious services, specific supplies or ceremony arrangements are provided as part of the villa stay.
How do we confirm food and preparation requirements?
Explain any kosher or other dietary standard and ask for a precise response about what can be supported. A private chef is not the same as a certified kitchen. If specialist catering or sourcing is necessary, confirm the provider, responsibilities and costs before booking. The selected stay package should be considered alongside, not substituted for, that arrangement.
How can the family plan a comfortable stay?
Choose rooms using the actual suite layouts and coordinate arrival times across households. Discuss service timings and any proposed decorations or candle arrangements with the team. The estate can offer a shared holiday setting without automatically offering a religious programme. Keep the agreed details with the accommodation plan so everyone has the same expectations.

“Meals for the day were planned out with Jaja every morning and were served on time and with a smile by her and her staff. The quality of the chef's cooking was very high indeed.”
