What should we send for an airport arrival?
Provide the flight number, arrival date and time, names in each travelling party and any separate arrivals. Include the children’s ages and any seating requirements to discuss. The published VIP van has eleven seats, so larger groups and luggage may need more than one journey or a different arrangement. Ask for the actual transfer plan rather than assuming one vehicle carries everyone.
What if we arrive by ferry?
Give the team the operator, pier, date, sailing and onward travel plan, and confirm the transfer and any charge separately. Included airport transfers should not be interpreted as automatic inclusion of every ferry-pier journey. Check the operator’s current timetable and luggage terms directly, allowing for the connections involved. Avoid building the plan around an old schedule copied into a travel article.
