“We live in Dubai, where we're used to a high standard of accommodation, and Mandarin Beach Villa genuinely felt like a home away from home.”

How do we find a date that works for several families?
Compare the actual school calendars and flight options of each household before choosing the stay. School holidays differ between countries and schools, so a single national date range is not enough. Once you have a workable window, check the villa’s live availability and request a quote for the exact guest list. Keep any provisional dates distinct from a confirmed reservation.
How much should we plan around the weather?
Use current seasonal guidance and forecasts for the intended trip without treating them as guarantees. Plan a mixture of beach time, estate entertainment and outings so the group has choices. Sailing and motorised watercraft depend on operating conditions and team approval on the day. A good family itinerary leaves room to swap activities rather than tying every day to one outdoor booking.
What should we arrange before the summer trip?
Agree bedrooms, nursery equipment, dietary requirements and arrival details early. The chef can discuss first meals and the team can coordinate transfers for households arriving separately. Decide whether Residence or All-Inclusive suits the group’s dining plans. These practical choices often have more effect on the holiday than trying to fit in a different excursion every day.

“Our family group spent 6 days at Gavin and Flora's villa, and it was a delightful experience. The villa itself is extremely well taken care of and beautifully designed. The team on site is friendly and attentive.”
