Use real photographs of the estate to picture the options, then ask the team to confirm the setup for your meal. Beachfront dining and a ceremony on the public beach are different arrangements. Weather and the practical setup on the day also matter.
How do the menu and drinks work?
Share favourite dishes, dietary needs and the tone of the meal before arrival. The private chef can discuss an agreed menu within the actual kitchen capabilities. Residence and All-Inclusive treat food costs differently, while alcohol remains an at-cost item under the published arrangements. Confirm specialist ingredients, external catering or event extras separately rather than assuming they are included.
Can the meal mark a special occasion?
Tell the team about the birthday, engagement or anniversary and describe the additional touches you would like. A cake, flowers, photographer or larger gathering should be confirmed and priced as applicable. The estate and private chef provide the base experience; the agreed details make the occasion personal.
