How should we reserve the festive dates?
Choose the arrival and departure dates for the whole group and check the live calendar. Ask for the minimum stay and package price for that exact period. A page about New Year is not an availability promise. If guests arrive from different cities, coordinate the flights and transfers before treating a tentative plan as a confirmed group reservation.
Dinner together, with your own estate to return to
Begin the evening with a chef-prepared dinner and the people you most want around the table. Share your preferred menu, drinks and setting, and discuss any additional setup or entertainment with the team. The six suites and private shared spaces make the celebration part of a holiday together. Music, outside guests and any special performance or fireworks need separately agreed arrangements; they are not automatic stay inclusions.
What if we mean Russian New Year or Old New Year?
Clarify the date you intend. The main New Year celebration is 1 January, while Old New Year refers to the separate January tradition. The team should use your actual dates and preferences, not make assumptions based on nationality.
