Planned around your observance
Give the team your dates, the overnight party, the meal times you keep and anything else that matters to your observance, and the stay is planned around them. The estate provides the accommodation and the hospitality; it does not provide religious services or community arrangements, and your own plans for those sit alongside the stay.
Ingredients and preparation, agreed in advance
Explain the standard your family keeps for ingredients, preparation and service, and the chef plans the holiday meals with you in advance. On The Residence rate ingredients are charged at receipted cost with 0% markup; on All-Inclusive the meals are included. Mandarin Beach Villa does not claim kosher certification: where a family wants a supervised provider or specialist supplies, the team confirms the arrangement and its cost before the stay.
Dates, suites and the stay plan
Review the six suites for your room-sharing plan within the published limits, confirm the dates against the live calendar and choose The Residence or All-Inclusive. Transfers and service preferences are coordinated around the family’s schedule, so the estate is ready when you arrive.
