How should we plan the overnight party?
Separate the people sleeping at the estate from the wider wedding guest list. Mandarin Beach Villa’s accommodation limit is sixteen people in total including infants, with no more than twelve adults. Review the actual bedroom layouts and send a room-sharing plan. If the wedding party is larger, do not assume the estate can sleep everyone or that neighbouring accommodation is included.
What if the wedding takes place at another venue?
Provide the venue address, key timings and any transport needs. Ask the team to confirm the journeys, vehicle capacity and costs that apply to the chosen package. A coordinated arrival and meal plan can make the stay easier for relatives travelling from different places. The villa accommodation quote and the other venue’s event booking remain separate arrangements.
Can we gather before or after the wedding?
Discuss any welcome meal or farewell brunch with the team, giving the overnight guest count and total expected attendance separately. A normal stay booking does not by itself define the terms of an event. The appropriate setup, staffing and extra services should be agreed in advance, so the group has one clear plan for the accommodation and any gathering.
