A wedding weekend does not mean every guest stays at the villa or every gathering is automatically included in the accommodation booking.
How should meals and suppliers fit the stay?
Share the proposed timetable with the villa team and any organiser. Confirm which meals are part of the selected stay package and which involve additional attendance, catering or setup. Identify the suppliers who need access, their timings and the agreed space. Leaving gaps for rest and preparation can make the weekend feel more comfortable than scheduling continuous events.
What needs to be confirmed in writing?
Keep the overnight occupancy, event attendance, locations, supplier responsibilities and costs clear for each day. The estate’s sleeping capacity and any event capacity are separate. Confirm the minimum stay for the chosen dates and the payment terms for both accommodation and additional services. A single coordinated plan helps the couple enjoy the days around the wedding.
